Name that suspension...

So was watching a Shug video and I saw what Id like to do for my Hammock suspension but have no Idea what its called( so I cant really search for it...I tried).
Or where to get the stuff or how to even assemble it....
so im doin pretty good
Anyway as far as I could tell it was a tree strap attached to a whoopie with a dutch whoopie hook attached to a continuous loop on the hammock.
This seems really quickly adjustable , relatively light and has a drip stop (Dutch Hook) built in..
Would this system work with say a Dream hammock and their sewn gathered end ?...
I see on the Warbonnet BB they use a larks head and continuous loop type setup

Or, better yet, add the link to the video so we can look at it directly to help you. That way, we all can watch the video. Can't get enough of Shugs vids.

A link to the particular video and where it is at in the video may help to narrow the guesses down some.

But sounds like nothing to unique, Dutch sells Dutch hooks, lots of us sell loops (continuous or Chain link depending on brand/store) most sell webbing and whoops.

Should be able to set that up on most any hammock...including Dream Hammocks.

thanks guys....I wish I knew what video it was .....I noticed it during a Shug video binge....it was one of his trip videos and it was a passing camera shot....might not even been his hammock....
It was basically just a tree strap and a whoopie sling with a dutch whoopie hook on the other end....the dutch whoopie hook attached directly to the hammock.
I ll have to look for it...

Don't think that has a real "name" as it where but is just a whoopie suspension with a dutch hook added.

OK...I had a feeling it might not have.....So does a whoopie sling have loop on one end (to attacch to tree hugger via carabiner) and an end where one could splice a whoopie sling hook to it ?
These questions must sound ridiculous.....
Ive never even seen a whoopie sling in person...

This should help some...but yes there would be a fixed length loop on the sling to attach to the strap, then an adjustable loop....that part would need to have the hook built in at time of construction...not something you can add later.
