    Talking Porch Mode

Finally got the HH Explorer Deluxe + SS + Hex Rain fly set-up

With the gracious help of many forum friends and fellow hangers Including Billybob the man.

Have to say ever since I thought about joining the hammock world about 4 months ago, I've truly enjoying learning so much about hammocks and everything that goes along with hanging

I LOVE MY HAMMOCK and glad that I chose to go with Tom Hennessy's grand design of a hammock. Not to down any other's just the only one i've become familiar with, such a cool thing to be out in Nature enjoying what we have before us. Hanging is therapeutic.

    Looks awesome, man!

One thing you'll find with the HH Hex tarp...you get enough coverage with it that you'll probably want to put it on it's own ridgeline, to increase the space between hammock and tarp.

Makes it all feel a lot more airy and roomy.

I'm rocking a very similar setup...love mine too!

Any suggestions on where/what type of ridge line to get? Can I just use a basic rope?

Zing it works great. I doesn't hold knots, but splices fairly easily. If you'd prefer something that can hold knots, I use basic guyline like this.
