    UQ Width

Hi, I am new here, and I'm planning on making a 3/4 Apex underquilt. I was wondering if 36 inches wide would be wide enough. That is because I plan on making it 60 inches long. Thru-hiker.com sells apex by the yard, and 60 inches wide. If 36 inches is wide enough, I will save 16 dollars, for me, a 12 year old, thats a lot. Thank you!

I understand why you are thinking the way you are. Being 12 it may work. You may grow out of it quick too. Can you try a scrap piece of something and see if it covers you width wise? At 36" you will lose a bit of that width on the finished product with the seams. Often you cab buy partial yards like 1/3 or 1/2. A 40 inch quilt would be better for keeping you covered. Welcome and great first post!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.
