I really like the design, functionality, and size of this tarp. Unfortunetly it was discontinued.

I've thought about doing a DIY but would like to see if anyone can point out some other good tarps which are very similar.

Thanks bushwacker, the JRB looks pretty nice.

I'm torn between ordering a superfly or trying to build something myself.

I just realized there is a tarp section / my apologies for posting in wrong area.
This might also fall under the DIY category.

Here is the closest pattern I could find. I really like this layout..

Resale value on the superfly is great and painless (probably the same for the JRB too), but I whole heartedly encourage you to DIY and post celebratory pics!
