    Wristies

Everyone may already know about this website, but if not, I thought I would share the info. I ordered a pair of the original wristies from them and got them last week. Thick and warm and I was impressed. They have water resistant ones too for snow, but they are a little more pricey. If you are not a DIYer this might help you out. I am not affiliated with this company at all. I just liked their product. http://www.wristies.com

    Great site, thanks.

I've been using old socks with a couple holes cut in them and these will be an upgrade for sure.

Thought about getting a kids fleece shirt and punching a thumb hole out along the seem. For $12 seems a waist of time. I do like the look of those teck wristies.

+2. I took the top of the sock and made it to it over the fingers.

+3 On this. Every time I get a hole in the toe of one of my merino wool socks, the top part becomes my new wristies. I don't mind the extra fabric on my palms, but I know a few folks (Shug) like to have their palms open.

Another option is to go to a thrift store and get a lightweight fleece and cut the arms off of it. Instant wristies and a fleece vest.

I like the 'over the fingers' idea!
