8000th Order Give away!

At Arrowhead Equipment & Tenkara Fishing we are closing in on our 8000th order. In just over 4 years we have made and shipped a lot of gear. And I mean a lot, literally thousands of hammocks are hanging with our suspensions, Thousands and thousands of them are kept warm with Kick *** Quilts, hundreds of those are kept dry with Toxoway and Shangri La Tarps. And each year the pace just keeps increasing. This spring we blew through 6000, in August we blasted past 7000 so fast we barely had time to notice. As we start the new year 8000 is on the horizon. All of this made possible by the support of thousands of customers that we have been honored to help get out in the woods.


We will hit our 8000th order early in 2014 and for us it's a big milestone and we want to celebrate. Our 8000th order will be getting a special gift from Arrowhead Equipment or Tenkara Fishing when their order comes through. That lucky person will get a brand new Jarbidge Underquilt with APEX insulation and a foot pad.... along with a signed copy of The Ultimate Hang by Derek Hansen. Or in the event that the 8000th is a Tenkara Fishing order we will be setting that lucky person up with a Tenkara starter Kit. From rod to flies including a copy of Tenkara Fly Fishing--Insights and Strategies, one of the most recent books on Tenkara with contributions from some of the US's top Tenkara anglers.

Feels like I missed a few. Must be time to order something. Arrowhead makes some good gear and I know Paul has gotten a few sales as the result of the Jarbriges I have loaned out at group hangs for new hangers to try.

Thanks for the comments everyone. We have not hit that 8000 just yet but we are getting closer each day. How soon depends on how many orders we get daily but I will say it's close and I expect we will be shipping some lucky customer a Jarbidge yet in January.
