Great tip! Thank you for sharing. I have a loop on the bottom of my bag that will work great to try this out. Had the foot of my bag get a little wet because it fell out as i got out of my hammock the other night.

Thanks for the suggestion! I'll try it this weekend.

Thanks, will be trying that tomorrow night. My sleeping bag has a little loop at the bottom of the footbox. Now I know what it's for!
Now that's just plain clever ... thanks sire! Most excellent idea.

Great tip.
Great tip OG. Works very well with indoor Brazilian hammocks too.

I'll give this a try this weekend too. I have an HH bottom entry and this will help keep my tq in place. Thanks for the tip...

The best ideas are often the most simple. This is such a winner. Thanks.
Every time i got up my tq would end up on the ground so i added a loop at the end and then 2 loops up one side, then i put loops up the side of my hammock, use alittle shock cord on the bottom and on one or two of the side loops and it can only dangle off the side now, never hits the ground, much nicer on those real cold nights when you want to get back in fast!..
