New poster, but I've been lurking the sight for quite some time. I live in Knoxville TN and spend my free time on the trail in the Smokies and Big South Fork. Any advice on how I can get the most out of the site is appreciated and I look forward to being an active member going forward.

Welcome from SC. To get the most out of the site, I'd recommend reading the stickies and asking questions. I also like to read "New Posts." I've learned a lot of things that way. Sometimes it's hard to even know what questions to ask.
