Thank you Skypainter for advocating for the group, and especially families, on the price of the hang! It was going to cost $120 (plus fire wood money) and now it looks like $20 (plus firewood money) and that is a HUGE difference for us.

===> Thanks! While I was busy negotiating pricing and site logistics, Jerry (Gastar) has been busy with vendor donations, procuring raffle tix, and things like plates and forks, knives, etc. He found the place to begin with, and three of us hung there this winter.

A huge thank you is due him, as well!

Way to go Skypainter!! When I do the math , I get $200/50= $4. $8 for a single for the weekend is fine by me. Plus chipping in for the firewood. Do we have a charity in mind for the auction? If Not I have a suggestion.

Thanks Joe! I had mentioned to Tim that I thought I would offer the Jimmy Fund as the charity for this hang. Kids with cancer - meaningful to me this year, as our family goes through the experience. PM me with your thoughts!
