You're welcome to pass by. Not many hammockers around, they are always amazed when I say Im winterhammocking. Would be truly nice to have some from oversea. Just send a message, maybe I can be of some help.

Great report, thanks for sharing! Some stunning scenery there!

Have you used a gathered end hammock before? How tall are you? I've been thinking of getting a woodsman x for a while but am unsure of the length, I am 6'3".

Im 1.76 meters, 75 kg. Its my first gathered end hammock. But I love it, I will use this one now instead of my WBRR. Because its lighter, easier to set up in a very narrow space and warmer in the winter. I will use my WBRR for special ocasions whereby I need a pad in case there aren't always trees around.

It weights about 450 grams complete (slings, integrated bugnet etc.), excellent craftmanship.

Whoooooo Buddy))))) Fantastic looking ranges there. Nice to hear you enjoyed the Woodsman hammock. I have one but have yet to tote it on a trip. Reckon I love my ol' Greenbean DIY gathered end too much.
Sounds like a trip of a lifetime.

Luckily its not a trip once in a lifetime. If time permit I am enjoying these trips at least 3 times a year.
