Thanks guys! Got the kangaroo pocket cleaned up. Just need to figure out how to make it so I can snug the neck/hood up this weekend.

very nice. i just made one of these last week. i didn't use a liner though. I used mine down into the 20's while snowing and windy this past weekend and it worked great!

Go for it; its a fun project to do and pretty easy. Always satisfying to be out in the cold and kept warm by something you made.
