I changed the date to the 21st and 22nd. Looks like 5 or 6 of us can make that date instead of the 22nd and 23rd. I will try and get the road in plowed, depends on how hard the snow is. Worse case scenario is we hike, ski, or snowshoe the 2/3 mile in.

D-mut I saw this one was on the weekend I could go at first but can't go the 22-23. I wanted to go to the porkie for a hang that weekend also. Ah well i get out another weekend.

is it both friday and saturday night or just friday night was thinking of food breakfast lunch and dinners cook over fire again i have a propane tree burner stove great for breakfest

I have taken an old huge tarp and made a hammock tarp to provide a winter shelter. I have rigged up and under under quilt using and old sleeping bag and a few other layers. I will try to make it. Keep us informed as to snow conditions so we will know if we will need a sled to bring our gear in or not. What time Friday will people be there?

I drove out there today and the county has the road plowed in. Tomorrow I have someone that hopefully will get them to clean it out. I'm planning on bringing my sled just in case we have to walk in I will update again tomorrow night.

I plan on being out there Friday between noon and 1 pm.

The road has been plowed. If we don't get anymore snow Between now and Friday you should be able to drive all the way down to the camping area. The snow is really deep in spots. Bring a shovel to clear out your hanging area if you want to.
