    Need Sizing help for a stuff bag

    Want to build a stuff bag for my Underquilts.com Lewis. it's 46x72, has 3-4 inches of loft.

    Advice on size bag I should make?

    Stuff it into a pillowcase or plastic shopping bag, and then take some measurements.
    Even easier if you have a large collection of stuff sacks already!

    First let me suggest a single roll top drybag for all of your sleeping insulation. I base my stuff sack for my sleeping insulation on the pack body I use. Simply lay the empty pack flat and measure side to side for the width dimension. For height, I base it on stuffing my quilts in the bottom of the pack plus some extra height for misc items and a few more inches if you're going with a roll top type bag. Roll tops are nice to keep things compressed as you pack.
