    www.underquilts.com

I just want to give a shout out to Dave over at www.underquilts.com, I just a got my new hammock that he made for me, he does not list them on his website but will make and sell them upon request, just contact him for pricing.
a few of the features are DL, integrated bug net that unzip and stores in a little mesh sack in one end of the hammock, it does not have a dedicated head/foot end, also has 2 pull outs, and has a couple d rings on each side to attach you UQ if you like. very comfortable hammock and the stitching is very good I will try and post a few pics. I believe there are a couple other members that have one of Daves hammocks, maybe they can add some of the things I may have missed if they see this thread.

, sorry you have had trouble getting in contact with him, not sure how recently it was and I am by no means making excuses for him, but I think he has been a little overwhelmed lately, he found out he has Cancer and has been going out of town for treatments and is only working like 3 days a week I think, so if you are still in need of quilts or something and have not purchased from another source you may try to reach out to him again.

Just got notice that my Foyle UQ Shell has shipped just about 3 weeks from my order as expected.

    Thanks Dave!

Pappy you'll be happy with them,

I just finished stuffing the second Barnaby TQ from my recent order and it is excellent gear. Between that and finishing up a new hammock I am trying to find time to do a write up of the quilts to post.

    Cheers

    Thanks Ike!

Yes, I (over)stuffed my own Barnaby and Lewis not long ago. They kept me toasty warm to 12.5 deg so far this winter.

I will stuff the Foyle with 9 oz of Wilderness Logics 850 down. It is just easier to use 9 - 1 oz bags with 9 chambers. I decided to have the Foyle to be lighter and more packable than the Lewis when the the temps are unlikely to go much below the upper 20s.

That's right, it was actually your thread got me thinking about picking up my two TQ shells to re-purpose a bunch of down I had.
Both are 3 season topquilts, I hugely overstuffed one for cold weather and the other normally for regular 3 season weather.
Layered together they will give me a super winter bag.....very versatile
    Cheers
