    Whoopie sling for HH

Can anyone explain to me the advantages of the whoopi sling for the HH. I have been considering trading over to the sling but am not totally convinced yet.

Not having to tie the knot and a little weight savings.

I guess I just really need to see it in person. I haven't heard of any down falls with it.

dirtweels has it, you don't have to tie a knot, you can make adjustments on the fly...making finite adjustment without having to tie and untie a knot to do it. Just pull on the tail of the sling to tighten or on the other end to loosen and your set. Weight and slight bulk savings are little factors as well.

Thank you for the info. More than likely I will be switching over. By the way I'm a big fan of your products and videos.

Seriously...like night and day after switching the HH suspension to whoopies. Easy adjustment on either side, no knots, lighter rope. It will be much easier for the youngsters to setup and adjust.

Thank you. I appreciate your feedback. Guess I'll need to visit Dutch again.

I schiched my HH whoopies to straps and buckles. Loven the result. I find them easier to set and adjust. Check with Dutch.

I switched my expedition to the whoopie hook suspension from Dutch and love it. I've recently switched my 6 year old's scout over to the same setup. Much faster and easier, especially when setting up two hammocks.
