Nice super nice great pic of that sheer rock face!
“Stories set in the Culture in which Things Went Wrong tended to start with humans losing or forgetting or deliberately leaving behind their terminal. It was a conventional opening, the equivalent of straying off the path in the wild woods in one age, or a car breaking down at night on a lonely road in another.”
― Iain M. Banks, The Player of Games

Thanks for the pics! Loved the Elk and log cabin

Very nice report. I am heading up there next week to canoe the lower Buffalo River. I can't wait!
I did the lower buffalo a few years ago in a canoe. Put in at Tyler bend. Short first day down to Rush. After the other national camp ground, it gets real deserted! All the way to the White. Have fun.

Great photos. Looks like an awesome place to go.
I hiked the lower section around Maumee a few weeks ago and it's still grown up and hard to see the river from the bluffs because of the leaves on the trees. We are planing on another trip after they fall. I hope it's as pretty when we go, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for the resurrected thread. I think I will take a couple of days vacation in November to start knocking out BRT sections.
