2 sets of mountain goat skins here. They work great.

Haha I was wondering the same thing a few days ago. I guess I might as well follow the herd on this for my new Superfly. Mountain Goat it is.

I tried placing an order with Mountaingoat over a week ago and still haven't heard back from her. I asked a simple question regarding sizing, before placing the order and there has been no response.

I know you've decided on MG but have to add my .02 +1 on MG. I have two sets, one for a mamajamba and another for a HG cuben 4 season. I like that they are custom sizes for your tarp and also like the pockets to store ridge line
. They seem durable enough to me.

MG puts drswstrings with cord locks on her...they stay where you put 'em. I like that.

Both are made from no seeum netting and its pretty strong. So durability is equal, the diff is custom fit and bells & whistles.

Somehow she didn't get my previous message. I e-mailed again today and got an answer right away.

slightly unrelated but i think it applies.
i bought a hat for my wife from MG and she traded emails to work out sizing and color. She also shipped quickly. it is a quality product.

I have two sets of Wilderness Logics and they work great. Snake skins make tarps a lot easier to set up. Give Marty a call and he'll set you up!

I have 1 of each. I actually like Mountain Goat's version better because she sized it perfectly and included cord locks on each end to hold the skins to the tarp better. WL's does not include this feature. I'll add that Both Marty at WL and Mountain Goat are wonderful people to deal with.
