    Dutch Customer Service

I placed an order this morning for some Dutch "must have" items. Something went wrong in cyberspace (like that never happens!) Guess Who Called Me? If your thinking Dutch your wrong it was Keith. He fixed my order and made me very happy with a bonus. (No! I live in Florida.) WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I hope I put this in the right place...if not Sorry Mods

He is fantastic with customer service. My order from black friday madness was even personally contacted concerning my zingit purchase. Very good guy. Seems to be the norm for the vendors on here.

That's the difference between cottage business and the big box stores, People like Dutch care! I love my Dutch Clips and my woopie system for my Clarke TX-250. The best thing is I live in Canada and the package Dutch sent me was so small Customs didn't make me pay extra duty and taxes!

Spoke with Dutch today about a little custom item coming my way. It's called a flyngerzhook. Just kidding. But he is making a custom item that should assist with my catching some Z's.

Always have had a good experience with Dutchware. I'm glad the demand is high enough to keep these cottage vendors open.

A picture of that would be great! Something to help in the sleeping department might go over big. Could be the million dollar item!

I'll add to the party here. Ordered 3 yards of CS90 to make a hammock, realized in the morning that I can't do math, and contacted them in a panic to add another yard to the order before it shipped. Dutch got back to me while he was at a hang in New Jersey, put me in touch with Keith, and everything got straightened out within a couple of hours.

You guys are wicked cool and your customer service is awesome!

    Crazy Fast.
I e-mailed in an order yesterday afternoon
    with following explicit instructions.

"There is no rush on this. There is nothing I absolutely need within the next month."

My order was waiting for me in the mailbox when I got home today.
    Less than 24 hours. Wow
That's a far cry from 45 years ago, when if you ordered from the Alaska Co.
you were lucky if you order showed up 2 months later.

I have to admit that is crazy fast. I rather get things shipped. It is the same amount of work if I do it today or next week. I just don't expect overnight delivery from the PO. The really deserve the credit.
    Peace Dutch
