snowshoeing is a great winter sport. I really love just sitting in the winter woods with tea and some grub, a fire , even better.

Just now caught enough to enjoy your pics! Wow wow wow. such a blessing to live in that environment Bill. And glad you got out on such an incredible day. I think I asked you before, but do you have to worry about Grizz stumbling across the trail this time of year?
p.s. your Empire Boreal Shirt looks killer!

Hey MM; Thanks. No Grizz problem here. Most of the grizz are a bit north of here tho they seem to be making a come back into black bear area's. We have seen the odd one around our back road but not often. The only time i think about bears much is in the spring when they first pop out of the den , hungry. Really unless your going into a specific Grizz area we really don't think about bears much and are generally happy to see them, altho not in camp. I think about wolves allot more these days as they have made a big come back around here. I was laying in bed listening to them howl last night,,,,nice.
The boreal shirt is my diy italian military blanket shirt. Heavier than the Empire Boreal shirt but works very well.
