Don't need my tarp mod anymore

I had a chance to set everything up today for the first time since I got the XLC. I figured out I no longer need the pole mod I did to my superfly. It worked real good with my ridge runner but just not needed for the XLC. Less stuff to carry I guess.

Not sure but the few hours I have spent in it have made me think I made a wise choice. Unless something changes, which I don't think it will, this is the right hammock for me. I can side sleep, back sleep, stomach sleep, funky position sleep, etc. There is more room in the BB than there was in my RR, I can spread out more, it just fits me better.
When I get an overnighter I will be sure to post.

    Hi FIve,
Glad to read you found a hammy that's working for you. 11'er are sweet.
Having the option to use a pole mod is still worth having. Heck you might
get crazy sometime an come out to Colorado and hang in the snow with us
then your pole mod is there if you need it.
    Looking forward to your report.

O&B I thought about keeping it but I decided to let it go. It sold in the for sale section in literally 2 minutes. I can always build another if needed.

Well don't be a stranger if you decide to come out.

Thanks O&B! If I ever get out that way I will have to look you up. My wife has college friends in Boulder, Denver, and Littleton. She has talked about going out there for years, maybe it will happen soon.
