Anyone there already that can tell us if there is definitely water or should we pack it in?

My 4 legged trail buddy is in a whole lot of pain, unable to walk on his own. I can't just leave him home alone. Sorry guys.

I live about 25 miles NE of the Deam Wilderness and we had 4.5" of rain a week ago, 0.75" Monday and 0.25" last night. I would be greatly surprised if water was not readily available at the campsite.

Yeah, looking at the topo and sat view, and knowing the amount of rain very recently, there has to be water near.
That and you are only 1/2 mile from your car if you do it right.

Power steering pump went out today, big hassle with it, spent more money than I wanted to ... Don't have the gas money to come this weekend.

That's too bad. Maybe you could carpool with someone? anyone else coming from around your area?

I don't think anyone is really close to me, or if they are somewhat close, they would have to go way out of their way. I couldn't ask anyone to do that.
