I will plan on hiking with MML and anyone else who joins in for the first couple of days, and then continue north until Saturday.

    Downhill Trucker:
As far as the Post hike goes, will be leaving Pine Grove some time on Sunday and going North Bound on the AT with a 2 night stay. Each day will be around 10 miles. Just need to finalize where my wheels will be the morning of day 3.
so far the group size on the post hike is perhaps 3 or 4 people including Two Tents and his dog. Which just about maxes out my vehicle for return to Pine Grove State Park at the end of the hike.

I am doing a pre-hike with Two Tents and Ben(the super dog) starting at Gathland State park on the 21st. We are planning on getting to Quary Gap Shelter Thursday night and hike into Pine Grove Friday. All are welcome to join at Gathland or anywhere along the way

While ben and I are out we figured we'd walk to NY. I have people in that area. Seems like a good plan; hike into MAHHA, hike out and keep going. Downhilltrucker, you can get in on that plan somehow, somewhere. Anybody else is welcome too.
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

I'll be needing to mail you a re supply box to bring to MAHHA for me and ben. Shades of Blackwolf. I think you had a drop box for him the last long hike we all did. Good memories for sure!

That's funny! Having backpackers like you for friends is alot like my trail mix; sometimes it's just nuts!
