A plastic laundry basket isn't too terrible a way to stow your gear, most of my gear is in loose weave cotton storage bags but not all.
Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.

You all make me feel guilty. I keep everything in a giant duffel and stuffed. My one stop shop for specific hammock items; straps, stakes, ropes, quilts, tarps.

    Sitting

Not only do I store my Quilts uncompressed, but I also have decided to not ever even sit on them (235lbs).

My quilts live the easy life I know.

I like hanging mine on a clothes hanger. Slip the two s-biners over the hanger hook and put in a closet that I don't use often.

I have an ottoman bed, I store my tq and uq in that, it has a material base so can't get dusty, am I doing them any harm by not hanging them chaps?
