Never used these but I do order mini cord locks from Dutch and they are very solid and less expensive

Really like how simple these are.
I have used these (2 different shapes, cant remember where I got them), they did OK till in cold temp, one of them broke, so I went back to barrel and spring design. The cold temp failure was on a polypropylene clip, not sure what these are made with. Temp was 5 farenheit.
