So I ordered my Uq on Sunday and I was feeling super stoked about it.
I'm reading HF this morning and I happen across a thread that makes me question my thinking on the choice I made.
So I called Adam at HG around 10ish.....no answer but no big deal I'm drinking some coffee and reading HF ...I didn't leave a message figuring I'd just try back tonight or something.....not 20 minutes later phone rings......who could that be?....."I don't know anyone from ohio"...........its Adam returning my call....walks me through my mini panic attack about my purchase and helps me with other parts of my insulation system.He tells me my Uq should be ready by Friday and also tells me if I have any more questions about his product or backpacking in general to give him a call.
Really unbelievable in this day and age to get service like that.
In my experience anyway.
I'm pretty floored about it really.
I was very excited before but now it a whole other level.
Just wanted to share because that's really something.
At least I think it is.
And that's all I have to say about that.
