time for some menu planning
sodakgrrl and i attended the utah hang and i made some pork ribs that were pretty well received although i don't think they were my best effort since i didn't really have the time to do them right, but i will have time for our hang so they are going on the menu
thursay night - chili by mamaboot
friday - dry rubbed/smoked pork ribs
saturday - elk brats and buffalo burgers
if you want anything different for your proteins on those days you will need to bring it, other than that a side or dessert would be great

That is very nice to make the meat!
We might have our new travel trailer by then in which case we will be pulling for the event and it has a full kitchen as well
In any event vicky will make her bake beans and we will bring lots more sides and desserts and other stuff to contribute
