    My DIY Underquilt

    Made my first DIY underquilt.

    .66oz nylon taffeta
    10 oz 850 down

It is 55" long and 48" wide.

Comes in at 16oz total weight, but I need to hang and make some suspension adjustments and it may be lighter.

Nice work. That's a lot of 850 down for a quilt that size - you're gonna love it!!!

    You should be proud.

Thank you!! I used a spreadsheet found on the forums and it called for a little over 9 ounces so I ordered 10 I lost some in the bathroom while stuffing it, but it looks like it should be solid!!

    Beautiful work!
I've gone to find myself. If I get back before I return, make sure I stay here.

When I see lovers' names carved into a tree, I don't think it's cute. I think it's strange how so many people take knives on a date.

    That looks great. I'm jealous.
I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
