Where can they be purchased from? I feel like I looked everywhere and I either find 70/30 or 80/20 wool/synthetic or the 100% wool is out of stock. Seems like something that would work well in the cold months.

Military surplus stores and online purveyors of such gear often have 100% wool blankets. You'll want to go for a Canadian, European or Israeli one over the US version as they are woven thicker/fluffier.
You could also try eBay. There are often Hudson Bay type wool blankets available there but they are not cheap and you'll want to ensure the seller has a good rep.
Something to keep in mind is that while wool is an excellent insulator (even wet) it is not light. The Israeli Army wool blanket I used in my ground dwelling days weighs 51oz and wasn't much use below 40F. My Hudson Bay wool blanket weighs 109oz and would probably keep you warm well below freezing but I've never tested it.
From what I understand most brands are a mix of either 70%-80%, Hudson bay is extremely exspensive but one of the only ones that are either 90-100% wool. I got a 70-80% wool one from rothco as a gift from a family member but it is fine for a blanket inside the hammock, smells a bit like gasoline for some reason, it is fire retardant so that might be why
I have several that I got from thrift stores. Most have a label that says they are 100% wool.

Military Surplus - I bought two used ones around Christmas time. One to throw into my wife's car and one to go into my son's car. I think I payed around $50 for both blankets.
Timely thread. I've been thinking about getting wool blanket for the hammock and sitting around the fire.
I look in goodwill and such regularly and have found some great bargins but wool anything is hard to come buy. Maybe it's the n/e where I live, one time though I found 3 really good 2x large sweaters 100 % wool I felt like I found a pot of gold.
When I was a kid the only time we were in the house was to eat and sleep.
I am grabbing some of these.
