At first I expected them to be green & gold (Green Bay Packer colors) and was getting ready for a facepalm.... I think what you really meant (and what they should have labeled it as) is "puffer jacket"
I have the Hawke & Company Packer Vest in medium that I picked up at Costco a few months ago for $24. It appears to be the same as the jacket except, for of course, the sleeves. For reference, it weighs 6.8 ounces, so I figure it has around 4 ounces of fairly low fill-power down. Construction on the vest seems pretty good.
