VIDEO-Hammock Hanging in the Fl Keys via Kayak!

I've been a hammock'er for a bit now and I've been a sailor for a while. Now I am combining the two with my new sailing kayak!

I bought one this week down in the Florida Keys and while I was down there I figured I'd do an overnight trip. Check it out!

Great adventure! I could relate as I used to live in the keys, was a sailor, have a kayak and a hammock.

    Great job SailingandSuch.

I really enjoyed the story. I've had my camera batteries poop out prematurely also, so I feel your pain. You did a great job overcoming the lack of video with your overhead sat map and narrative.

Best of luck with your knew wind machine. That's quite an interesting way to get around.

    All the best !

That looks like a lot fun. Thanks for sharing your adventure and I hope you have many more.

It is a bit strange seeing open water and a kayak. All of my lakes are covered with ice fishing huts.

Outstanding. Really like that little sail kayak. Would love to one day add key hopping to the bucket list.
