Not that I don't enjoy arts and crafts as much as the next dad - but seems like a ton of work! Do you have excel? Just type:

=rand()*103

where 103 = the number of numbers you want to use.

Have your daughter hit F9 as many times as she wants. When she stops, you have your winner.

Rand is a random number generator, so you'll end up with a decimal. Just decide how you are going to round before you start.

Easy peasy.
