You know folks, I had asked in an earlier post to let this thread die a quiet death. I started the thread, worked it out with Brian and I would like to close it for good. Can someone take this thread down please.

I believe this thread has run its course. We expect everyone to treat each other with respect on this forum, and while product reviews and customer service is a big topic of discussion, we won't allow the "bashing" to begin...or continue.
The only thing I will add to this thread is that I have had multiple dealings with Brian, and never had an issue. I'm not taking any sides, it's just my personal experience.
