Looking at the WB winter yeti and the 3 season underquilt

So I'm looking at purchasing an UQ for my WB BBXLC and I'm stuck between do I get just the 3 season yeti and use it for all four seasons and risk it not being able to keep me warm in colder weather or pay the little extra and get the winter yeti which will give me that extra warm factor but then it being to warm to use during the non-winter months?

I spent last night in my Greylock 4 and it got down to 18, I was slightly chilly even with the rating of 0-5F. I tend to err on the side of paying a bit more and getting the coldest rating, it's worked pretty well so far. Winter Yeti all the way.

    Two approaches -

Get the 3 season and supplement with pads/additional UQ "stacked" on top of or underneath the 3 season quilt.

Get the winter and vent it in the warmer months to allow airflow and cool things down.

I have had more success with using a winter quilt in warmer temps than supplementing a 3 season or summer quilt in colder temps.
