A yeti is a lot like a bigfoot. May even be the same critter. OR you could mean the 1/2 - 2/3 UQ mentioned by swoosh. Is it 1/2 or 2/3 length? Cannibal? WBG?

    We haven't learned that either.

When the student is ready, the master appears... guess we're all still unready.

I got my quilt yesterday. This is my first quilt experience, and I really like the look, feel and design of the Ultra 20. I'll agree with Mike... none of my baffles were empty like his, but it does seem like some of them have more fill than others. It's hard to tell if maybe some of them were just compressed more in transit or if the fill really is different.

it may be that way on purpose, ES. some areas of your body require more heat than others..
i did however find the footbox area to be pretty slim on fill. considering they claim a 20° rating, how so when the footbox lofts to a mere 1"??
all i can say is im on the fence about the quality of this item. im just glad i did not pay the full retail price. then again, i have my diy kick *** quilts to compare it to, so its no contest.

I just got the Go-Lite Spectre Gore-Tex Pac-Lite storm shell. I ordered a size XL to wear over a down jacket. It's just a tad tight under my arms, so, if I can, I'll sell it. It's tan and black- a better description can be had on the Go-Lite site. List is $275. I paid $160 plus shipping. I'll sell it for $160 and pay shipping to CONUS, or, $150 and you come pick it up in SC. It still has the tags on it...less than 5 minutes of wear.

I'll vouch for the kick ***-ness of your quilts.

glad to see you like it. if i recall, you got the larger of the 2, the UQ right?

p.s. i am now selling my ultra 20 since i'll never use it. i did fill that empty chamber with down and sewed it back, now its better than ever. see, even i, who makes my own quilts, am an impulse buyer at times
