    Super-Comfy at Minus 6F

So last night it was minus 6F here.

    Here's my gear:

    Warbonnet Stuff:
    DoubleLayer RidgeRunner Hammock
    Full-Length Winter Lynx UQ
    DoubleDoor SpinDrift Sock

    Non-Warbonnet Stuff
    EE RevX 10F 4oz-overstuffed TQ.
    On head:
    - Seirus Innovation Neofleece Comfort Masque
    - An inexpensive thin fleece balaclava
    - Zpacks Goose Hood
    - 2QZQ Fleece Pillowcase Hat

I supplemented all this with a nalgene of 190F water inside a sock near my feet.

I was so incredibly comfortable that I slept almost eleven hours (!!). This was in my backyard. Since I didn't show up in the house for so long, my wife was about to go out to try to see if I was a frozen corpse!

Way to go! You are 12F ahead of me. My PB is +6, but I was very warm, head to toe. No hot water bottle, a 25 or 30F TQ, a JRB hood, some fleece and VB clothing, and an HHSS with over cover and kidney/torso pads. We have not had any below zero nights round here in quite a while. But isn't it amazing to not just survive, but be so comfy, at these temps so far below freezing?

    Nice....Very Nice.

I have taken my DLRR with multicam Spindrift, 0 Mamba and 3season Lynx down to 10. I had on my polypro top and bottom, patigonia down sweater, blackrock hat and merino socks. I was warm as could be. The wind was blowing pretty good but the Spindrift did it's job perfectly.

Way to shakedown the gear and the setup.
Nice to know your limitations and comfort level in various conditions.

Wow! 11 hours at -6*, that's proof right there that you have a great system! I would just need to add a catheter to that gear list
