DIY UQ project from UL Argon, a work in progress

You've gotten me so excited about that color that I ordered some utralight Argon from Dutch last night for a new top quilt.

It is spectacular. And by far the softest fabric I've ever used. I wish I had a TQ made out of it so I'd get to snuggle up in it...

I like that brown so much I ordered it in sil and 1.4 o/y ripstop.

Yeah, that brown is real nice...I got a sample of it with my last order. It is soft. soooo soft. and purty, reeeeeaaaal purty.

Well almost. I will be in about a week. But don't tell anyone
I will have black, brown and camo. I took the ARGON chubby Sister and had it impregnated with silicone. Results were fantastic. 1.1 final weight and 1500 mm hydrostatic head pressure. Lastly I'm also going to make Argon in a 1.4 weight with a heavy rip stop for hammocks. Then I am broke but boy will I have a lot of selection...and brown.

What?! I'm going to be broke too! I want some of both of those. I've been wanting to make another tarp that's longer and lighter. I had thought about asking you before why you didn't design a hammock fabric...jeez Dutch, I can't afford all this stuff.

I forgot to add it will all be affordable.

One more thing I just did that I really like is cinch the side channels in about 18 inches and I think that gave me a much better fit. She's ready to hit the trail this weekend. Thanks for everyone's comments and ideas! And MAD777 post some pics of your TQ. And can't wait to see the new fabric collection from Dutch!
