    Ah, yes, I can feel it now, easing down the hooch, getting thirsty and reeling in the rope attached to the floating hammock stand which allows me access to the inner tube supported keg. Oh, yeah!

    Just need an anchor, and a little hibachi stand!

    This looks just crazy enough to work. Add on's could include side table, grill stand, sun shade, rod holder, etc.
    If you prepare for failure you will probably succeed.

    Looking again at the pic, what are his pontoon's made of? It looks like capped pvc pipe. They also seem to be under water on the back end.
