Through a few trials and tribulations I have to say my overall experience with HG was great. This was my first real business I have done with a cottage vendor, so I didn't really know what to expect. Everyone is probably aware of the challenges HG was facing over the last couple months and even with all that they managed to make a happy new customer. I ordered a bunch of stuff from HG, some standard, some custom. The standard stuff was done quickly, and the custom stuff took longer than expected, but I'm ok with that. I started to get a little worried when my first trip of the year approached but Adam over-nighted the winter palace and it made it to me with a day to spare. In the midst off all this I loaned Adam my Clark NX-250 so he could figure out some some tweaks to make the incubator fit better (this came back in the over nighted package). Let me say he hooked a brother up! Thanks Adam. My only real complaint through the whole process was a break down in communication. Phone was definitely the best option for reaching Adam. Email response was pretty much non-existent, and they do need to get that figured out. But again I am totally happy with my purchases and will buy from HG again when I need something they can provide. I only waiting on one more little custom item, and I cant wait to see what he comes up with for it.
