I will be happy to demo some dutch oven cooking, and cooking on a volcano stove. And Rev if you like I'll be happy to be the Potluck leader.

I wish you could come to the Leroy's Ferry Hang May 9-11. It may be a bit too far for you though.

I think Squidbilly is heading up the potluck. Hotlips, can you get with him on figuring out all of that? Unless someone else wants to head up the demos, I'll be organizing that. Please let me know if you have some skills you'd like to share or if there are skills you'd like to learn. I'll try to get a spreadsheet started for demos.

I kinda figured I would get with hotlips when the time got closer. With her ideas that she had we might be able to make it a fairly easy potluck. But I'm cooking beans.

I think Ill need a few hands on deck this year, so here's what Id like to see:

Hotlips head up the potluck. I dont want you 2 to do all the cooking, and since you were the main ring leaders at the Spring Swing (with some of the BEST camp cookin Ive had) if you can do that, that would be a HUGE help.

Squidbilly, if you can help with the vendors/demos/etc then that would be a huge help.

Junebug, as always will be doing the member info & sign ups.

I will be doing the raffle (tickets and day of) and getting most everyone setup on "where" to hang. Theres a few people who come every time and have preferred trees, but I cant hold everyones spots. So get there early Thursday for your favorite spots. If someone is in mine, Ill be cutting suspensions

Food schedule is basically Thurs-Fri are fend for yourself (unless Hotlips can coordinate otherwise), Saturday night will be a potluck that anyone can either help cook or at least pitch in for food stuffs.

Gresh will obviously be doing what a Vice-President does best: supervising.

Maybe friday night we can go to the buffet BBQ place just down the road. That is if anyone is interested. That is what I will probably be doing. I love me some good BBQ.
