Ok folks, have the menu worked out. Please list on the spreadsheet the day you will be arriving so we have a head count for the meals. Please sign up a dish to bring/cook for the potluck if you like. It'll help some of us know what we could make to compliment your dish. Feel free to sign up for ingredients we need to cook for you.
Friday night, we're cooking for you: Campfire Turkey, Corn Casserole, Mashed Potatoes, Custard Pie.
Saturday Breakfast, about 9am, we're cooking for you: Pigs in a Blanket, Monkey Bread, and hopefully Drewstubby's Fatties.
Saturday Lunch, about 1pm, We're cooking for you: Bubba Burgers, Hotdogs, Chips, Banana Pudding, and Blackberry Cobbler (demo for cobbler at approx 12:30)
Saturday Dinner, approx 6pm, Potluck. Show us what you can cook. You can make as many things as you like. Some of the samplings will be Chicken and Dumplings, Russell's Special Beans, Apple Caramel Cobbler, Blackforest cake, Chili, pulled pork, coleslaw, and whatever you make.
Looking forward to seeing everyone there. Bring your appetites.
