There are no gates, so you can come and go as you please…without worrying about a gate lock combination.

Knots for hammockers
GRESH me and Bemac will be there. I will get her to sign up.
I want someone who is tech savvy to film and or photo knots demo and add it to Fall Sprawl trip report.
Knots demo will be Gleipnir, Alpine butterfly loop, Siberian hitch, Tight hitch at other end of tarp line, Farrimond friction hitch, Diamond knot, Double diamond knot; And Your Favorite knots added on your requests. By filming (Someone please help); demo can be fun and fast paced with more knots and slow learners (like me) can use their Fall Sprawl trip report for later memory boost.

I may try to attend along with my son and possibly a fried of ours and his son. Just need to outfit everyone with hammocks and tarps before the event.

I'm gonna be more than likely bringing my new kayak along, but I'm not quite ready to use it yet. I need a few blocks of closed-cell foam to go under the seat to support it (it contorts under my weight) before I can reliably paddle this thing without worry about doing damage.

Does anybody have a few blocks they'd be willing to the "Get a fatty in a kayak" cause?

Maybe a retail store will have some foam packing from TV cartons. Or if nothing else you might try putting an inner tube or other inflatable inside of an old pack--wedge it under the seat then inflate inside the pack. Smooth sailing
