Missed last year and have been MIA from the forum in general, but I'm getting back on the wagon with this event! Had a great time at the second annual and really look forward to checking out the many vendors' wares. Have a newbie coming along to see what it's all about. Too bad september's so far away!

Which meal do you want to do the beans? Drewstubby is going to do some BBQ and I'd like to coordinate it with your beans.

Now, this is getting to be a larger event. To make things better for everyone coming, if anyone can bring a few things it would be a HUGE help. Things needed:

Tables (just a few folding, for things like food, raffle gear, demos etc)

Popup canopies. Sometimes it rains, and these would help keep food & gear dry en mass

Firewood. Theres no out of state wood allowed but anyone instate that has access to pallets and cut wood that can bring would be a great help for this 3 night event!

To everyone from out of state: We'd love to have you here!!! We have several coming from out of state, Wilderness Logics crew is going to try to make it down from NC, UGQ is from Michigan, IIRC Elevated Movement is Boston, we have people coming up from FLA and Im hoping Dutch and crew will come down from PA.

So, this isnt by ANY means a locals only thing, and if you want to come and need to hitch a ride then there is a good chance that can be arranged. I know of 2 people in Myrtle that *may* be able to lend a ride, others in columbia etc. Santee isnt far from columbia.
Ah, another reason we need a community items needed spreadsheet, tables.

This year, we will have a sign in sheet for people attending, just to keep track!
Also, this is a map of the area and "important" things.
RED: open area for tents, large setups etc.
GREEN: main community area/dinner/vendors here or in the RED area
    PURPLE: main fire ring/water source
YELLOW: bathroom (didnt mean for that to happen...)
WHITE: main unloading zone and sign in. I will be camped near there all weekend
PINK: boat ramp and boat ramp parking. Canoes can be launched from the beach near camp if you can navigate the hill.
Parking will be along the fence line and across the street, only vehicles with trailers should park in the boat area. There are 2 cut outs in the fence line that need to remain open for loading/unloading.

Wow, lots of beans. You won't be hanging anywhere by me will you? LOL. Ok, Saturday night sounds like a great time for beans and BBQ.
