Buffalo River Trail Pics - 2nd Leg

We hiked the first leg of the Buffalo River Trail from Boxley to Steel Creek back in January.... this past weekend (March 9, 2014) we completed the second leg from Steel Creek thru Kyle's Landing to Erbie - about 17.5 miles. Here are a few pics from the trip - enjoy:

Thanks for sharing the adventure! Looks like you were the most comfortable of the group. I liked the elevated views and the Elk.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

Hawghangar: What kind of pack are you carrying? It looked like a ULA but seemed a lot bigger. Maybe it just the picture.

ULA Catalyst - had the pack cover on due to drizzle/mist.

Great hike! Hiked Boxley to Erbie, Kyles back to Steel Creek for another view. Then a couple years ago intended to hike Pruitt to Carver... Came out at Hasty when all we could do was high step or wade through the Buffalo. I keep telling myself we will hike Carver to Mt. Hershey.. but the "we" says "no" and want to opt for the OHT ... Great pics - makes me want to drive north to Newton County!
