Ropes vs fabric for the ends of the hammock

Oh, and I wouldn't worry much about the lines ripping away from the hammock fabric. The one I sleep in most nights has well over 300 nights on it including some 'private time' with my girl. There is absolutely no sign of fatigue or anything else that would cause me concern with the connections. They are pretty darn solid.

In any case, I'm so glad you're here Cannibal. You've got so many hammocks that you can report on, and your reporting has been objective and really useful.

Just thought I'd shake things up a bit.

I love having all the hammocks I do and it's not often I get to talk about my home sleepers on here; not that I mind going on and on about my camping hammocks. I can't imagine what I would feel like in the mornings if I was still sleeping in a bed nightly. Plus, it's kind of nice that when I go to the woods I just bring a variation of my 'normal' bed.
