Not sure what you guys think of it for using it as a tq or uq.

It is really small...the one that I saw was purchased by a friend with a hammock in mind. He loathes it. Too small for a top quilt and it sheds down. It also pokes quills in his back when he rigged it up as an uq. I think that he made it into a dog bed now, which rests inside another bag to keep the feathers out of the carpet. A poncho liner would be about as warm in my opinion, but I have just messed with it for a few minutes.

I'm coming out of my HF lurking phase to highly advise that you NOT buy this. I think it was $60 when I originally got it and I remember thinking I wouldn't have been happy to pay even $20 for it. I took my medicine and paid $7-$8 return shipping to the Clymb to get rid of this. Small, cheap and very little loft to keep you warm. Hope this helps

thanks for the reviews that's what I thought and it's good to have confirmation. Always gnawed at me because I always thought, "it's probably horrendously awful, BUT... what if it's not and it's a secret gem that could be your cheap UQ!?

I was gift one and while I would not use it in the hammock at a TQ it makes a great throw on the sofa. Not sure I would like it if I had actually paid for it myself
