I placed my order last night for a Night Owl and a 12' Bullfrog Tarp with side panel pulls as well as a SRL. Marty was super fast on responding to my e-mails and the shop lead time is only 5 days. I really look forward to getting out and using this set up. I'm really excited and just wanted to share!

This weekend we did a over night hang at White Pines State Park, IL. It was me, a friend with his new Hennessy set up with super shelter, blast doors, etc... and a buddy in his new MSR tent. My first night sleeping in a hammock was AWESOME! I loved that I could push myself off to rock myself to sleep. I was able to comfortably sleep on my side as well. I did have a problem with having to pee more than usual during the night and i've read that others have the same issue. I learned alot on my initial hang and already started researching some solutions. I'm also going to be doing a few DIY projects such as an under quilt and a fronky bug net. I need to get another practice set up in before my annual 5 day spring trip in 3 weeks.
The quality of both the Night Owl and the Bullfrog were outstanding. I inspected almost every inch of both and they were perfect, no missed stitches, no issues. Marty really has a awesome team. While my friend opted for his Hennessy system I found it to be both small and cheap as well as made in China. I'm glad that I went with a small cottage business that's proudly made in the USA and I will with all my other purchases.
