    Diy Insultex under quilt finished!!

Finally finished it! Came out a lot nicer than I would of ever thought. 3 more weeks and I should be camping with it. Can't wait!! 1658144_586306603062_759312167_o.jpg

Looks nice, you are braver then I am. I don't feel I could tackle an under quilt, nice work.

Your UQ turned out nice. It should help keep you toasty warm. Good looking watch dog too.
Everyone ought to believe in something....I believe I'll go set up the hammock!

I can't believe people say they can take this to 30-40 degrees. It's so thin!! But it has the air gaps like its suppose to so time will tell if it works!! Yeah, he is my little buddy, tried jumping in the hammock a couple if times

Great job! Also curious on the specs and how it goes. Please keep us informed on your great looking UQ

It cost me about $50 from diygearsupply.com. I will weigh it when I get home but without the suspension it was at about 16oz

Tonite in gonna finish up the suspension by making some triangle thingies. The. I have to start 2 hammocks for a couple of friends that are going camping with me. I have a lot of work ahead of me yet!

I love mine. Great for cool summer nights, and makes a great supplement to my 20 degree down quilts as a protector. Provides addtional warmth and shields from wind. Very versatile piece of kit. Good job. I made a dog bed with it and my beast loves it.
