WOW, who knew...I'm kinda surprised to see nearly no interest in the HH products. Over 1200 views and no real offers for one of HH's best hammocks. Thanks for looking.

Well DW, I'm very interested in the Monsoon but wanted to go get hung up this weekend and see some other rigs. Good prices, good equipment, no doubt!

I have a Typhoon and could never understand how the photos were supposed to look like the real thing. Assuming the Monsoon is just a smaller Typhoon ... The typhoon has three tie-outs per side. There are "doors" on each end. The doors are a triangle shaped nylon with velcro down both sides that mate up with Velcro on the sides of the main tarp (at the ends). In addition to the velcro, the corners of the doors have a plastic ring that can be anchored with a toggle bar on the main tarp. There is a slit/split in the door at the top to feed out the hammock suspension line. I sold a Monsoon with one of my hammocks but I never unrolled it from New so I don't know if it had only two tie-outs per side or three.

Just to verify. The SS and over cover will fit the Explorer deluxe, correct?

From the HH site, it is the #2 which fits the Explored Deluxe
#2 is for EXPLORER ULTRALITE, EXPLORER DELUXE and SURVIVOR Classic models. New and improved UnderCover can be installed or removed without taking down the hammock. Waterproof, windproof SilNylon UnderCover creates a trapped airspace. Contoured open cell foam pad attaches between the layers. Use an emergency space blanket on top of UnderPad. System includes UnderCover and UnderPad. OverCover is a separate accessory. Note: Radiant Bubble Pad is not part of this system. The radiant space blanket shown in Tom's setup tips is not included.
ALSO PLEASE Note the UC is sewn closed for zipper models.

OK Folks this kit new with all that's included is over $560 NOT INCLUDING SHIPPING.

I'll drop the package to $375. That's 33% off retail PLUS FREE SHIPPING, for a barely used kit. That's 1 hammock, 2 sets of snake skins, 1 diamond tarp, 1 monsoon tarp, 1 super shelter, and the over cover. Any offers considered for the individual pieces or any trade offers are also welcome. I think I'll leave this up for about another week. Thanks for looking, there's been a whole lotta lookin' goin' on 'round here.
