    Smile Camo ARGON

I have come out with ARGON 90 in Woodland camo. It is great as an outer layer for a quilt or an UQ protector. I also have the same Camo print in the new ARGON Sil Nylon.

Someone needs to clone the superfly or Brandon needs to buy that camo Argon Shield and start sewing. Am I correct that this if the first camo offering in silnylon that isn't almost double the weight of other silnylons?

Hey Dutch. Is the Argon sil the same silky baby softness as the original Argon?

The original ARGON is 10 denier fabric. It is incredibly soft and I am proud of it. I couldn't make the ARGON sil out of it and have an acceptable waterproofness. I went with something slightly thicker and the waterproofing gives it a different feel. There obviously is silicone involved so it is slick. I did put a double grid rip stop on it and you will notice the grid is much smaller than other rip stops. This prevents stretch on the bias and also hopefully stops any tears before they become a problem. The colors were meant to match the other ARGON products however the waterproofing makes it a shade darker. The weight is about 20% lighter and there isn't even much 1.4 camo out there. Lastly I think if anyone spends time shopping around, ARGON sil is priced very competitively and immediately available.

    Link led to 404 error

Is this a tarp material? Gulp! Sensing a project...

I am going to change that link
I had to change the name because it was a trademark infringement. This is tarp material... and pack cover material, and stuffsack material, and endcaps to bridge material.
