I'm trying to make it with my cousin but our house is up for sale and supposed to close on the 22nd of April if everything goes as planned. Not a lot of time to pack up between now and then. If we do make it, it will be after dark Friday night maybe 8 or 9 pm. Definitely interested in doing some hiking on trails that I haven't been on yet, and having someone know where they are going would be an unusual bonus.

My son and I have to participate in an Eagle project Saturday morning but plan to be there. Not sure of the time but we should be there sometime that afternoon.

Hope y'all can make it. Get there when you can--you're not the only ones coming in late.

We will be hiking, but will be back. Make yourself at home!

So far I count about 14 forum members coming, not including children, family, etc. Anybody else gonna be there?

My son and I are planning on coming! We are pretty much newbs but would love to meet some new people though. We may leave on Saturday evening though to get back for church on Sunday or we may decide to stay on through Sunday morning, haven't decided yet.

Looking forward to meeting y'all too. I remember JC785 from Alatrails: it will be good to finally see you in person.
Glad you can make it MississippVol, since you started the original thread!

Weather isn't looking good for next weekend and sipsey + rain can be unforgiving in my experience.

I saw this also. Wondered what those experienced with the spot we are planning to camp might say. I know it is still a week away, but my son will go nuts if we are stuck hanging out under a tarp for 2 days, though I might find it relaxing.
